Acceptance

By downloading or using DCP Proxy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

DCP Proxy is free software by Juan A. Avila-Castillo / Digit.Solutions. You may use and redistribute it unmodified for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. You may not sell the software itself or misrepresent its origin.

No Warranty

DCP PROXY IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

The software modifies AI conversation history in transit to save tokens. While it is designed to be lossless-biased and to fail open (forwarding requests uncompressed on any failure), summaries and pruning reduce information by nature. You are responsible for verifying results in your own workflow.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author or Digit.Solutions be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or its use. This includes any loss of data, lost conversations, or costs incurred from AI services contacted through the proxy.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the AI services you connect to and any associated costs they charge.
• You are responsible for keeping your own API keys secure; the proxy never stores them.
• You agree to the terms of any third-party engine or provider you route through the proxy.

Changes

These terms may be updated with new releases. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
