Free Software #2 · v1.4.0

DCP Proxy

DCP Proxy main application window

Windows tray app that sits between your AI coding agent and any OpenAI-compatible engine (llama.cpp, LM Studio, vLLM, and more), shrinking conversation history on the fly: deduplicates tool calls, prunes huge outputs, strips stale thinking traces, and compresses old context into high-fidelity structured summaries. Your API keys stay in your client.

A new Tuning modal puts every compression knob at your fingertips — token budgets, pruning sizes, and a hard context-window cap that makes 4K and 8K models practical — applied live with Save or Cancel, no config editing required.

New in v1.4.0: credentials found in tool output and tool-call arguments are masked as [REDACTED] before the request leaves (API keys, tokens, private keys, passwords), long tool descriptions are trimmed to their opening sentence, oversized MCP tool lists keep only the tools the conversation actually uses, and duplicate in-flight requests wait for a single upstream reply. Full manual.

Older versions: v1.3.0 · v1.2.0 (Windows x64)

Fidelity presets (high/compact) and per-model context-window awareness.
API keys never touch the proxy — they stay in your client.
