By using MailArc, you agree to use it at your own risk. The software is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for reviewing filters and cleanup settings before running jobs. Cleanup features may move messages to trash or permanently delete messages.
You must use this application in compliance with applicable laws, your organization policies, and Google account terms.
Google APIs Terms of Service
When you connect MailArc to Google services, your use is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and related Google policies.
- You must use Google APIs only as permitted by Google API documentation and applicable law.
- You must not misrepresent identity, circumvent API limitations, or use the app to facilitate unlawful activity.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your environment, OAuth credentials, and exported local data.
- You must provide accurate information when configuring and using your Google Cloud/API project.
- If Google terms or policies conflict with local app usage expectations, Google terms and policies control Google API access.
